Prime Rib at Blondies

I have fond memories of the days,
2 or 3 years ago, when we would
met for dinners at Neo’s Pizza in
Running Springs. We would order
family style, and pass around the
pizzas, bread knots, salads, and
beer, then just split the cost among
us.
We haven’t been to Neo’s, or any other restaurant in Running Springs, since we started selecting our restaurants in an open poll among all members. The restaurants that win in those poles are all centrally-located, around Lake Arrowhead and Blue Jay, apparently because they are within the comfortable driving distance of the most members.
Well, let’s do something about that! I have long wanted to try the Thursday prime rib special at Blondie’s. Why don’t we just put it on the calendar, and see what happens.

Blondie’s has a casual atmosphere,
friendly service, a full bar, and nice
décor. The theme is “blondes.” There
are photos of blondes all over the
walls.
The prime rib is herb-crusted, and slow-roasted. The regular cut goes for $14.95, the king cut for $17.95. They have a full menu, in case you would rather have something other than prime rib.
