Film enthusiasts talk about the Academy
Awards all year, and compare one to
another. To be in the know, you have to
have seen it. There’s great entertainment
to be had. Then there’s the excitement of
finding out which film will be awarded
Best Picture, and who will win Best
Actor, Actress, Director, and more. It’s
the biggest society event in Hollywood.
You just have to either make a
reservation at the Dolby Theater, or else
get yourself over to our party to watch
the Oscars. (Tuxedos and gowns are
appropriate, but casual wear will do.)
Please join us at Don’s place on Sunday February 22, 2015, to watch the 87th Oscars at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Arrive after 5 pm. Awards begin at 5:30 Pacific time, and run until about 8:30. There is usually a game table after that, running to about 10 pm. (909) 744-8561. A map is below.
This will also be a potluck. We will have food out the whole time. Bring a potluck item to share.
