These are wooden boxes cut out of Baltic Birch to hold my collection of seven paperback novels. I milled and assembled the boxes with assistance from local friends. The boxes seemed plain, so to liven them up, I started painting original, fine-art on them in a Victorian style. Paintings are in professional-quality acrylics, with a clear acrylic overspray for preservation. Each boxed set is a unique collector's item.
