Spend a lazy afternoon in the shade of trees, with
the company of good friends. Play catch in a game
of Frisbee. Look for fish and tadpoles gliding
among reeds.
Please join us for a summer picnic at Grass Valley Park, from noon until 4 pm, on Sunday July 27. This will be a potluck, with food served at 1 pm.
Bring a potluck item to share. Suggestions include watermelon, chips & dips, tossed salads, and fruit pies. Also bring sunscreen, sun glasses, hats, and a folding chair. Don & Carol will bring cold fried chicken, paper and plastic ware, and an ice chest of drinks.

Grass Valley Park is in Lake Arrowhead, next to
the golf course. A map is below. It is a mile north
of the Five Points, at the intersection of Golf
Course Road and Tunnel Drive.
There are usually picnic tables. There are also barbecue pits, if you wish to bring charcoal. Parking and entry are free.
The park is privately owned and operated by the Arrowhead Lake Association. You will be a guest of Don, a card-carrying ALA member. Mountain Singles members just show up. Others RSVP at (909) 744-8561.
